I do use Texmod to fix eyelash texture in ME3 but generally I use Gibbed extensively to adjust her eyes manually because the normal feature clips a LOT and I use a hair style that was hidden in the game. If you find that a hassle, you can just use Gibbed and import directly to your save file.I sort of retro-create my Shepard from ME3 so she could be consistent throughout the trilogy.
